The Customer Experience Leader executes customer programs and results while building a high-performance, customer-focused workplace. You will coach Customer Experience Representatives, translate insights into actions, and support the Indigo Experience and R.E.A.D. service model. The role also connects loyalty, promotions, events, and customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead customer experience priorities using customer, sales, and omni-channel insights
Coach service behaviours through feedback and Sales Generation Leadership practices
Direct daily communications, sales rallies, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
Support pickups, returns,
order management, and customer issue resolution
Maintain payment desks, cash office processes, and service areas
Requirements: One to three years of specialty retail leadership experience
Customer-facing team leadership and omni-channel program execution experience
Strong retail operations, cash handling, compliance, and planning skills
Ability to coach teams through hands-on training and reinforcement
Flexible schedule and ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
