As a full time, permanent Parts & Service Coordinator, you will oversee service workflows from intake through completion. You will prepare estimates, manage work orders, track parts, submit warranty claims, and maintain accurate company records. The position also supports deliveries, invoicing, inventory, and daily branch requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee repair processes from intake through completion
Order, allocate, and track parts for repairs
Submit warranty claims and maintain accurate records
Invoice parts and service orders as required
Organize deliveries and support customer pickups
Requirements: Parts knowledge covering estimates and purchase orders
Experience supporting service or technician environments
