As a Sales and Rental Associate at Long & McQuade, you will support customers through musical instrument and gear sales and rentals. Key Responsibilities: Help customers purchase and rent musical instruments and gear
Match customer needs with suitable products and services
Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
Follow up on orders with customers and suppliers
Merchandise the store and complete related maintenance duties
Requirements: Play at least one musical instrument
Work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
Recommend solutions confidently and assertively
Lift and carry large boxes
Retail or sales experience is an asset
Bring musical knowledge, customer service skills, and confident recommendations to Long & McQuade sales and rental customers.
