The Class 3 Driver collects residential recyclables using a right-hand-drive vehicle with three side-loader compartments. Duties include inspections, scheduled curbside collection, manual loading, facility deliveries, documentation, and supervisor communication. Safety and service remain central throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 3 vehicles with air brakes
Follow collection schedules and contract requirements
Empty residential bins into side-loader compartments
Complete vehicle inspections and related documentation
Deliver materials to the processing facility
Requirements: Class 3 licence with air brake endorsement
Clean driver’s abstract submitted with resume
Minimum two years’ required-license driving experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability for overtime as needed
