Key Responsibilities: Set strategic direction for Organizational Development Services
Steward NAIT’s integrated talent management strategy
Lead engagement, leadership development, and learning strategies
Translate people strategies into organizational change initiatives




Advise senior leaders on culture and effectiveness
Requirements: Related undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
Advanced organizational development and talent management knowledge
Experience leading complex development or change initiatives
Experience advising senior and executive leaders
Experience leading high-performing skilled teams
