Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and staff
Schedule shifts and maintain exceptional member service
Process weekly or bi-weekly employee payroll
Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and facility safety
Manage promotions, refunds, deposits, and operational reports
Requirements: One to three years of management experience preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Microsoft Suite proficiency and quick systems learning
