Help shape employee experience at MLSE through People & Inclusion projects, learning administration, recruitment support, and thoughtful HR communications.
This HR internship supports programs that strengthen people practices across MLSE’s sports and entertainment organization. You will contribute to talent development, recognition, onboarding, engagement, and culture-building activities. The prospect offers practical exposure to collaboration across the People & Inclusion team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities: Assist employee experience and culture-building initiatives
Support onboarding, recognition programs, and employee events
Update HR communications, resources, presentations, and materials
Research workplace trends and benchmark HR practices




Collaborate on People & Inclusion projects and initiatives
Requirements: Enrollment in Human Resources or related post-secondary studies
Curiosity and growth mindset toward HR and employee experience
Creative, thoughtful approach to culture-building support
Strong collaboration skills across teams and organizational levels
Familiarity with Canva and Articulate is an asset
Bring organization, creativity, and communication skills to employee experience and culture initiatives within MLSE’s People & Inclusion team.
