This full time position oversees production, fabrication, shipping, maintenance, and related functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee raw material intake, production, fabrication, and final shipping
Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams
Promote safety, accountability, and operational discipline
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory,



and workforce planning
Requirements: Five to eight or more years managing manufacturing operations
Hands-on leadership and technical troubleshooting experience
Unionized environment experience required or strongly preferred
Understanding of inventory, production planning, and supply chain logistics
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
