Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Kitchener Branch, is seeking a Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for casual home-care visits in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and Wellington County. The role involves comprehensive wound care, patient education, and travel across service areas with flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements include RPN/LPN with Ontario registration, completion of SWAN program, two years of wound care
