This Parts Advisor schedules parts work and sells recommended or requested parts to retail and shop customers. You will order, sell, and manage vehicle parts and accessories while serving as a first-line dealership representative. The work includes customer communication, stock control, invoicing, and order follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Help customers choose parts and explain accessory specials
Answer calls, provide prices, and solicit regular customers
Order, organize, label, and deliver parts
Replenish stock and follow up on pending orders
Review estimates and coordinate parts with body shops
Requirements: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
One to three years of progressive automotive parts experience
Full working knowledge of automobiles
Valid Driver’s License and solid attention to detail
Professional communication and data entry skills
