Support cattle health operations in Southern Alberta with TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods through administration, producer relationships, and digital records.
As an Operations Support Manager, you will support bovine practitioners and nutritionists across multiple locations. Your work combines office administration, scheduling, pharmaceutical deliveries, client orders, invoicing, and health data collection. You will also collaborate with veterinary consultants during digital necropsies and help strengthen relationships with producers. The position requires organized communication, critical thinking, computer skills, and an interest in cattle health. Previous office administration experience is required, alongside a valid full Class 5 Driver's License or provincial equivalent. Familiarity with cattle, agriculture, veterinary procedures, technology, or agricultural regulatory compliance is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:



Analyze herd health data and support improvement initiatives
Assist veterinary consultants with digital necropsies and health data
Coordinate travel, appointments, deliveries, and courier schedules
Manage phones, messages, visitors, calendars, and veterinarian bookings
Process orders, inventory, shipping, filing, and client invoicing
Requirements: Passion for cattle health and producer support
Previous administrative experience within an office environment
Robust communication, organization, judgment, and attention to detail
Valid full Class 5 Driver's License and required abstract
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to weather
