As Director of Professional Services, you will lead consultants, business analysts, and project managers across a $3–5M client portfolio. You will set delivery standards, manage customer escalations, and shape approaches around client needs. The role focuses on financial and delivery performance, team leadership, and scalable operations.
Responsabilités principales: Own budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management across the portfolio
Oversee quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation projects
Lead consultants, business analysts, and project managers
Resolve senior customer escalations and protect account health




Balance resources across active engagements to optimize capacity and margin
Exigences: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field
10–15 years in professional services, project management, or technology
3–5 years in leadership or management, preferably at director level
Experience managing portfolios and book-of-business revenues up to $3–5M
Availability to travel 15–20% and overlap EST, CST, or PST
Lead Sparkrock’s ERP/SaaS delivery organization through financial discipline, customer leadership, and scalable professional services execution.
