Serve UBCO customers through food preparation, beverage service, and payment handling in a year-round Sales Attendant position.
Reporting to the Food Services Manager, this position supports UBCO Food Services across restaurants, residences, and retail outlets. You will serve customers, take payments, prepare food and beverages, and maintain cafeteria safety. The role also requires specialized training for certain Skills Outlets.
Key Responsibilities: Serve customers across UBCO Food Services locations
Take payments accurately from internal and external customers
Prepare food and beverages for service
Maintain cafeteria areas safely and sanitarily
Complete other duties as required
Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent and Food Secure Level 1
One year of related experience or equivalent education
Excellent customer service and diplomatic communication skills
Availability for flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand eight-plus hours
Bring customer service, food preparation, payment handling, and flexibility to UBCO Food Services as a Sales Attendant.
