Our SaaS platform allows firms to onboard new clients, interact with their existing clients and simplify costly back-office procedures with smart automation and great user experience. As we expand our business to domination across Canada and international expansion, we're looking for someone to join our Product team, amaze our clients and build great things with us. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with the Director of Product and engineers to shape new features and improve our most frequently used workflows, guiding the design process from ideation through validation to development. The ideal candidate has a track record of turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive customer journeys that fit naturally alongside the rest of the product. You have a knack for spotting opportunities to deliver value and do your best work in close partnership with your cross-functional team to create seamless user experiences. Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to inform design decisions and provide guidance on product requirements Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define the user experience of current products and features Explore design solutions based on PRDs, gather feedback from the team and users, and synthesize it into a clear design direction.



Lead collaboration with the product manager and engineers throughout the design process. Work with cross-functional teams where needed to guide design vision at an organization level Create engaging, on-brand marketing materials across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, promotional assets and presentations Maintain and update website content, visuals, and layouts to ensure a polished, user-friendly experience that aligns with brand standards and supports marketing initiatives. 3+ years of relevant, in-house product design experience ~ Proven ability to lead end-to-end design on complex, interconnected products ~ Excellent communication skills to present design work, explain trade-offs and facilitate design conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders ~ Strong visual design skills to help elevate the visual identity of our platform ~ Comfort with ambiguity and able to adapt your design process to fit the problem in front of you Experience building or contributing to a design system Interest in brand and visual design Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Claude Design Webflow or HTML/CSS Remote in Canada, Montreal preferred Equity in a fast-growing start-up Unlimited vacation policy High-end Mac or PC laptop$1000 budget to outfit your home office
