Remote IT Infrastructure Analyst work at Helical Pile Solutions requires infrastructure installation expertise and IT managed services support. This full time position starts immediately.
The IT Infrastructure Analyst supports corporate and project objectives across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include server hardware, network infrastructure, security applications, vendor coordination, and service management records. The role also covers network services, firewalls, wireless access, VPN support, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain on-premises and cloud server hardware
Monitor infrastructure health, availability, performance, and patch compliance
Coordinate vendors, ISPs, and service providers during issue resolution
Manage switches, routers,



firewalls, and network services
Maintain infrastructure diagrams, configurations, procedures, and recovery documentation
Requirements: Experience of zero years or above is accepted
Skills in IT managed services and support
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and IP schemes
Ability to support VPN and wireless network management
Ability to follow change management processes and document changes
Apply infrastructure installation, network administration, and managed services support across Helical Pile Solutions’ remote operations.
