Lead overnight operations in Barrie for The Brink’s Company, overseeing teams, vault activity, routes, safety, and customer service from 10:30 pm.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee ARM/ATM/CIT, Vault, Secure & Key, and Brinks Safe Products. The role emphasizes team leadership across Union and Non-Union employees, process improvement, operating procedures, and security regulations. You will support profitability and customer service standards while working Sunday through Thursday nights.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Ocean routes and schedule Cash in Transit runs
Open and balance the vault daily
Allocate resources and maintain adequate staffing levels
Address grievances and administer Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
Enforce health, safety, security, and operating procedures
Requirements: Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage conflicts and make logical decisions
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile applications
Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff
Ability to obtain a firearm license
