Support candy production operations as a bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist using employee relations and workforce communication expertise. Work directly with production employees and frontline leaders.
This experienced role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, investigations, performance management, and terminations. You will coach frontline managers, advise senior leadership, and build relationships with a diverse hourly workforce. Robust judgment, professionalism, and a people-first mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding activities
Conduct objective investigations and document workplace findings
Coach managers on attendance, performance, and corrective action
Communicate policies and updates in English and Spanish
Maintain employee records, investigations, and personnel files
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive human resources experience
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience supporting hourly employees and frontline managers
Employee relations and workplace investigations experience
Microsoft Office and preferably Rippling experience
Apply human resources judgment, bilingual communication, and employee relations expertise across candy manufacturing operations and frontline teams.
