HCLTech is seeking an experienced Android Support Engineer to join its enterprise team in Canada. With 5–7 years of experience in Android development and production support, you will troubleshoot complex issues and ensure application performance and stability.
You will provide L2/L3 production support, analyze defects, coordinate with Dev, QA and DevOps, and drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and proactive improvements. Robust communication is essential.
