This position supports Advanced Topics in Medical Instrumentation, course BMG5109-C00/ELG6131-D00, Section C. The successful candidate assists the course supervisor and consults with students. Duties include marking, proctoring, and other responsibilities specified by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: Provide teaching assistance to the course supervisor
Consult with students throughout the course session
Mark student work as assigned
Proctor the final examination in person
Complete additional supervisor-specified duties
Requirements: Successfully completed undergraduate biomedical engineering courses or equivalent
Robust knowledge and experience in the subject
Excellent communication skills
Availability in person throughout the course session
Availability to proctor the final examination
Support medical instrumentation instruction through student consultation, marking, proctoring, and strong biomedical engineering expertise at uOttawa.
