As a Shop Technician, you will service Caterpillar equipment and components in Toromont Cat’s shop. The work includes planning, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service reports. You will support safety, environmental, and health policies while maintaining customer relationships through frequent communication.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment
Repair and service Caterpillar heavy equipment within established standards
Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly
Maintain customer relations through frequent communication
Complete assignments supporting customer needs
Requirements: Minimum post-secondary education
Valid Technician Licence following Provincial standards
Three to five years of Technician work experience
