As a Crew Pay Analyst, you will manage analytical activities supporting crew remuneration for Air Canada mainline and Air Canada Rouge. You will apply ALPA and CUPE collective agreement knowledge to pay processes, system changes, and month-end controls. The work includes coordinating with vendors and operational teams, maintaining databases, reviewing payroll data, and confirming automation solutions meet requirements. You will also help keep meal allowances current and prepare documentation for end users. Strong attention to detail supports accurate, effective, and compliant crew pay administration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Crew Pay system databases with vendors and stakeholders
Scope, develop, test,



and implement system automation changes
Analyze payroll data for inefficiencies and errors
Calculate and publish monthly crew meal allowances
Prepare specifications, guides, and training documentation
Requirements: Experience extracting, manipulating, and presenting data
SQL and Python experience or related technical knowledge

Microsoft Office mastery and working knowledge of NetLine
