Technical Buyer opportunities at Skyservice in Mississauga require purchasing expertise, supplier negotiation, and solid analytical skills. The position is based in Ontario.
This Technical Buyer orders technical parts, tools, goods, services, and non-technical materials. You will prepare purchase orders, manage procurement processes, and support service level agreements. Aviation industry experience and vendor knowledge are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare purchase orders according to requirements and policies
Negotiate supplier contracts, quality standards, and receiving dates
Source products, alternative suppliers, and improved pricing
Monitor vendors, stock levels, market changes, and demand
Provide procurement reports and manager updates when requested
Requirements: Two to five years of buying or purchasing experience
High School Diploma
Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and supply chain systems skills
Knowledge of Quantum Component Control and parts-based systems
Ability to work on-call with a flexible schedule
Apply technical purchasing, supplier management, and analytical skills to support Skyservice procurement operations in Mississauga.
