Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a profitable commercial financing portfolio
Structure, negotiate, and document credit arrangements
Analyze balance sheets, cash flows, and business plans
Monitor profitability, loan risk, and annual financial reviews




Prepare credit submissions and present them to leadership
Requirements: Business or Finance degree, or equivalent education and experience
Two to five years of progressive commercial lending experience
Advanced business lending policy and regulatory knowledge
Credit structuring, underwriting, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with medium-sized real estate and industry lending
