As a Disability Case Analyst and Case Manager at Manulife, you will manage claims and guide recovery. You will assess medical, functional, vocational, and psychosocial factors while developing return-to-work strategies. Your work may support Absence Management Consultative Services, Short-Term Disability, or Long-Term Disability claims.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated caseload within service agreements and turnaround times
Respond promptly to daily emails and telephone calls
Assess claims using contractual, medical, and vocational factors
Develop relationships with members, employers, providers, and internal partners




Write letters communicating pertinent benefit-related information
Requirements: Healthcare degree or equivalent work experience considered an asset
Health-related background or disability management knowledge advantageous
Make meaningful decisions efficiently under tight deadlines
Handle incoming and outgoing calls comfortably and skillfully
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are critical
