As a Mill Operative with AB Agri, you will work in a three-person shift team across the control room and two press production lines. You will run designated press areas, complete station cleaning, and help produce high quality animal feed. The role suits experience from production, feed mill, food, agricultural, or farming environments. You will contribute to production plans, stock information, maintenance communication, and wider mill projects.
Key Responsibilities: Run two press production lines across designated mill areas
Prioritise quality and feed safety during production
Complete daily production plans against KPIs and targets




Clean stations through vacuuming, mopping, and general hygiene
Support stock takes, maintenance communication, projects, and ad hoc work
Requirements: Previous production experience, ideally in food or agriculture
Experience working with automated plant machinery
Ability to work flexibly across varied mill needs
Computer literacy and experience with Teams and Excel
Willingness to work in noisy, dusty, warm conditions
Bring production, machinery, and feed safety experience to AB Agri’s Cupar mill across a wide-ranging rotating shift schedule.
