This Junior or Intermediate opportunity focuses on active claim adjustment and timely business development follow-up. You will analyze cause-and-effect dynamics, interpret complex legal documents, calculate comparative information, and communicate valid conclusions. ClaimsPro LP requires one to five years of property claims experience, a driver’s license, and insurance education or credentials.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate claim causes and report recommendations to clients
Analyze exposures and recommend required investigations
Establish damage quantum using supplied technology




Develop action plans and negotiate satisfactory settlements
Share responsibility for after-hours customer service when required
Requirements: Effective analytical and cause-and-effect reasoning skills
Ability to communicate conclusions clearly and appropriately
Solid interviewing, listening, and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret legal documents and numerical calculations
Ongoing education, adjuster’s license, or CIP pursuit
