This full-time IT Advisor supports IT Services, Development, and Cybersecurity for Powertech Labs Inc. and Powertech USA. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the position requires broad knowledge across data centres, endpoint devices, cloud services, Dev Ops, and cybersecurity.

You will help maintain secure, productive services while delivering exceptional customer support across technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage security infrastructure, endpoints, Dev Ops environments, and cloud solutions
- Monitor vulnerabilities and coordinate timely remediation across environments
- Support application lifecycle infrastructure, access, integrations,



and production operations
- Conduct security audits and implement corrective actions
- Lead outsourced provider guidance and contractual compliance

Requirements:

- University degree in Information Systems or similar
- Over five years relevant IT infrastructure technology experience
- Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Azure Sentinel
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats, risks, and mitigations
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
