This manager develops and executes strategies that strengthen Descartes’ position as a supply chain technology thought leader. The role creates customer stories, bylined articles, press releases, social posts, and internal newsletters. It also manages programs, analyzes performance, and collaborates across marketing, sales, services, product management, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop public relations messaging and marketing communications collateral
Create customer stories, articles, releases, posts, and newsletters
Build industry research and editorial calendar programs
Report on public relations performance and optimize approaches




Manage agency relationships and support the annual user conference
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
At least three years managing technology or B2B communications programs
Ability to create strategic messaging that drives brand awareness
Comfort with team-oriented, entrepreneurial teamwork
Ability to learn Monday.com and Meltwater quickly
Bring public relations, content development, and analytical communications skills to Descartes’ remote North American marketing team.
