The Assistant Manager acts as a business owner within the marketplace and LensCrafters organization. This leader supports store business plans, develops team members, and represents LensCrafters as a premier vision-care destination. Success includes understanding retail operations, strengthening sales results, and delivering performance against key metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager and lead during absence
Maximize sales and profitability through business plans
Partner with the Store Manager to develop the team
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Maintain positive working relationships with doctors
Requirements: High school graduation or equivalent
At least one year managing or supervising direct reports
Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
Robust communication, listening, selling, and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Apply retail leadership, team development, and performance management skills as a LensCrafters Assistant Manager.
