As a Merchant in the Super Market Division, you will report to the Category Director, Natural Foods. You will collaborate with merchants and complementary teams to deliver products and customer programs. The work combines category planning, retail sales knowledge, financial analysis, and product innovation for private labels.
Key Responsibilities: Lead promotional programs from product selection through performance evaluation
Build strategic plans using customer and category data
Develop vendor relationships and lead program meetings
Support assortment optimization, planograms,



and merchandising strategies
Evaluate product innovation and private-label program development
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
At least one year in merchant, buyer, retail sales, or merchandising work
Analytical approach with data-driven decision-making experience
Financial, business, and retail knowledge
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and software platform confidence
Bring natural foods merchandising, vendor collaboration, and analytical planning skills to Loblaw’s customer-focused retail programs.
