Amazon seeks an HR Business Partner with data analytics and leadership development expertise to support hourly employees onsite at a fulfillment facility.
This HR generalist role partners with business leaders on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service. You will balance strategic and tactical responsibilities while executing core PXT processes. The work supports operational excellence, employee experience, and business outcomes across North American Customer Fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and employee relations
Use analytics to identify trends and implement proactive site solutions
Execute engagement strategies and recognition programs across the site
Ensure equitable talent practices in selection, development,



and advancement
Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or two-plus years of Amazon experience
Two-plus years of human resources or equivalent experience
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management
Ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders
Robust coaching and influencing skills for complex situations
Bring HR partnership, data-driven decision-making, and employee engagement expertise to Amazon's onsite fulfillment operations.
