We are looking for a Consumer Relations Associate to join a manufacturing organization in Abbotsford, British Columbia on a Contract basis.

This in-office role supports a high volume of consumer interactions related to product availability, ingredient questions, complaints, and promotional requests following recent product growth.

The successful candidate will bring robust customer service skills, careful data entry abilities, and a compassionate approach to resolving inquiries while working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming consumer phone calls and emails, providing timely and attentive support on product-related questions. • Assist customers with requests involving product locations, ingredient details, complaint intake, and coupon or replacement follow-up.



• Document all interactions accurately in internal records and maintain organized administrative information. • Prepare and send correspondence, including letters and promotional materials, as required for consumer resolutions. • Address standard concerns independently within established guidelines and ensure consistent service delivery. • Elevate complex, sensitive, or quality-related matters to the appropriate internal departments for further review. • Maintain current knowledge of supported products and brand information to provide accurate responses. • Follow company procedures, service standards, and administrative processes in daily work.
