This Mortgage Funding Associate position supports final mortgage funding from solicitor instructions through disbursement. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, law offices, and customers while managing competing priorities. The 18-month fixed-term role requires solid communication, problem-solving, and mortgage process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review solicitor instruction packages
Work with solicitors to satisfy registration requirements
Prepare documentation packages for final disbursement
Investigate escalated issues and maintain customer service




Forward completed files for digital imaging and processing
Requirements: Minimum three years of mortgage or financial institution experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Understanding of mortgage accuracy, compliance, and audit requirements
