Tennant Company’s Service team maintains battery, engine-powered, robotic, and competitor products across customer sites. In this full-time or part-time position, you will manage a territory, schedule service, communicate timelines, and document activities. Your work supports equipment performance through preventative maintenance, repairs, and organized customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion engine systems
Perform preventative maintenance on Tennant and competitor products
Schedule service activities and communicate expectations, timelines, and billing




Maintain service records and business reporting documentation
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical support partners
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license meeting Tennant driving policy requirements
Three years troubleshooting combustion engines and mechanical systems
Experience using diagnostic devices, shop tools, computers, and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 60 pounds and drive three-plus hours daily
Apply field service expertise to maintain Tennant equipment, repair complex systems, and support customers through transparent communication.
