Monitor critical banking systems at TD in Toronto, using incident management and production support skills across rotating 12-hour shifts.
As an IT Operations Analyst II, you will support Service Assurance Operations within TD’s Technology Solutions line of business. The department provides continuous frontline surveillance across multi-site coverage. Your focus may include z/OS infrastructure monitoring, batch processing, distributed network monitoring, or AS/400 batch processing. You will respond to anomalies using monitoring and workflow tools while supporting critical banking environments. The position is based at the SOC Datacentre in Scarborough.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor critical banking environments across designated technology areas
Handle outages and communicate with clients during service disruptions
Notify and escalate issues,



options, and recommendations promptly
Resolve customer and client requests efficiently
Support changes, testing, installations, configurations, and upgrades
Requirements: Attention to detail in a fast-paced operations environment
Self-motivated and focused approach to assigned responsibilities
Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including holidays
Ability to work 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts
Ability to work 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts
Support TD’s banking operations through surveillance, incident response, change management, and careful production workplace monitoring.
