Learning Trainers support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong results within Amazon fulfillment centers. Duties may include pick and pack orders, receiving and stowing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading or unloading trucks. Lead Learning Trainers communicate instructions, motivate associates, and keep work areas secure. The role is based in the Learning department.
Key Responsibilities: Support operations leaders and associates with learning activities
Pick and pack customer orders as needed
Receive and stow products during production duties




Ensure inventory accuracy across fulfillment center processes
Communicate instructions and maintain safe work areas
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification
At least one year of Microsoft Office experience
Availability for forty hours weekly and required overtime
Flexible availability for weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to lift forty-nine pounds and stand twelve hours
Use Microsoft Office, communication, and fulfillment operations skills as an Amazon Learning Trainer in Nisku.
