You will diagnose and treat pets, counsel clients, and guide one to five doctors. The position also supports recruiting, scheduling, medical compliance, and collaboration across practice teams.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in pets
Manage, mentor, and develop one to five doctors
Recruit, onboard, and retain veterinary talent
Coordinate clinical coverage and doctor scheduling
Monitor financial performance and achieve budget targets
Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
Active state veterinary and DEA licenses
Five or more years of veterinary experience
Experience managing teams and mentoring veterinarians
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
