Lead kiosk sales at Thermea Spa Village Whitby by coaching agents, managing guest needs, and supporting gift certificate operations across holiday locations.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Kiosk Coordinator, this Lead Kiosk Associate supports temporary kiosks throughout the holiday season. You will plan location needs, supply resources, manage sales, and help deliver a trouble-free guest experience. The role includes coordinating daily operations across Toronto and Durham Region sites.
Key Responsibilities: Train and coach kiosk agents
Report staffing and operations updates to coordinators
Assist with shift coverage and unexpected events
Manage inventories and orders across kiosk locations
Complete sales cycles and resolve guest requests
Requirements: Minimum one year leading a team
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent MS Office and technology learning skills
Availability for variable holiday-season hours
Bring team leadership, sales, organization, and guest-service skills to Thermea Spa Village Whitby’s temporary kiosk operations.
