Manage retail sales operations onsite, using inventory control and staff supervision skills in a permanent full-time Sales Supervisor position. This is a physical-location role with no remote option.
The Sales Supervisor assigns duties, supervises workers, and coordinates daily sales activities. Responsibilities include ordering merchandise, managing cash, and resolving customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. The position also covers schedules, payroll administration, reports, and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
Supervise and coordinate worker activities and office staff
Order merchandise and organize inventory maintenance




Manage cash and authorize merchandise returns and cheque payments
Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years of experience
Accuracy, organization, reliability, and flexibility
Client focus and productive interpersonal skills
Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure
