This Truck Driver position requires English or French and one to less than two years of experience. You will operate straight or articulated trucks, transport goods and materials, and communicate with central dispatch. The work includes local, provincial, regional, and short-haul transportation using flatbed or straight trucks. Candidates need the required licence credentials, forklift certification, and a valid driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities: Operate straight or articulated trucks transporting goods and materials
Load, unload, tarp, and secure cargo safely
Complete pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
Relay information to central dispatch
Perform preventive vehicle maintenance
Requirements: One to less than two years of experience
Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience
Class 1 or A driver's licence
Air Brakes Endorsement and forklift certification
Ability to handle loads up to 45 kilograms
Use Class 1 driving, cargo handling, inspection, and dispatch skills in local, regional, and short-haul transportation.
