Key Responsibilities: Develop budgets for food, alcohol, supplies, and kitchen costs
Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
Supervise teams of 16 to 20 people
Address customer concerns and provide customer service
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One to less than two years of experience
Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificates
Experience with MS Office and point of sale systems
English language ability
Support restaurant performance through budgeting, supervision, customer service, and daily operations management at the physical location.
