As Deli Supervisor, you will ensure the department operates efficiently while delivering excellent quality products and services. The role combines fresh food leadership, ordering, waste management, planograms, and customer service. You will also support employee training and development.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare deli serve over presentation and layout
Implement deli planograms correctly
Minimise department waste and shrink
Train all recent deli employees
Handle customer queries professionally and consistently
Requirements: Minimum one year's fresh food supervisory experience
Minimum two years' fresh food role experience
HACCP and food safety training
Ordering and waste management experience
Microsoft Office, numerical, rostering, and communication skills
