The Venture Capital team invests in early and growth stage North American startups. This position examines technology quality, solution appeal, scalability, and market share potential. You will synthesize company and market information while supporting investment diligence.
Key Responsibilities: Assess software and SaaS technology for quality and scalability
Prepare reports on market trends and competitive landscapes
Conduct due diligence with prospective startup portfolio companies
Analyze valuations, financial models, ratios, and performance measures
Monitor portfolio companies through reviews, ratings, and valuations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree studies in Engineering, Business, or Science
Experience in technology product, strategy, operations, banking, investing, or consulting
Interest in recent technology, early-stage startups, and entrepreneurship
Ability to understand financial statements and complete valuation analysis
Structured communication, initiative, detail orientation, and time management
Use technology insight and quantitative analysis to assess North American B2B SaaS investment opportunities.
