The work combines leadership, client relationships, business growth, and engineering project execution. You will support projects for the City of Calgary, City of Edmonton, and Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, performance management, resource planning, and staff development
Manage projects against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability




Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through transportation project delivery
Prepare proposals and support client relationships, mentoring, and quality assurance
Requirements: Skilled Engineer registration with APEGA
12+ years of transportation infrastructure engineering experience
Road and highway design and delivery experience
5+ years in transportation leadership roles
Proficiency with TAC, Alberta guidelines, CAD, and Civil 3D
