As Product Manager, Ceilings, you will guide the portfolio’s strategic direction and commercial success across Canada. You will manage lifecycle decisions, identify market opportunities, and translate customer, competitive, and industry insights into actionable strategies. The position partners with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D;, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop short- and long-term ceilings product strategies
Manage introductions, enhancements, rationalizations, and discontinuations
Analyze trends, customer needs, competition, and industry developments




Lead product development through the Stage-Gate process
Develop launch strategies, pricing recommendations, and commercialization plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field
Five or more years in product management or related disciplines
Experience managing portfolios and leading product launches
Solid business acumen and commercial mindset
Analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Bring portfolio management, market insight, and commercial strategy expertise to Saint-Gobain’s ceilings business across Canada.
