The work supports retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre, and support teams using ServiceNow Financial Services Operations. Key Responsibilities: Own multiple initiatives through requirements, build, testing, deployment, and value realization
Establish integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and release commitments
Lead distributed Canada and India teams across delivery partners
