Coordinate talent acquisition outreach, reporting, and technology enhancements in Edmonton with the Alberta Public Service. This is a full time temporary position.
As Talent Acquisition Enhancement Coordinator, you will support recruitment services across the Alberta Public Service. Your work combines stakeholder support, career event coordination, recruitment data analysis, and process improvement. You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Enhancement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the team’s general inquiry inbox and refer requests appropriately
Prepare recruitment data, standard reports, and evidence-based analysis
Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, schedules, logistics, and resources
Support recruitment technology enhancements with Technology and Innovation




Track outreach expenses and maintain required financial documentation
Requirements: University graduation in a related field
No experience required for the stated education requirement
Related education or experience equivalency may apply
Experience with recruitment, reporting, events, or process improvement is an asset
Microsoft Excel or Power BI experience is an asset
Support Alberta Public Service recruitment through talent attraction, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and technology improvements in Edmonton.
