Key Responsibilities: Lead evaluation and due diligence for fund investments
Structure, negotiate, and close new investment opportunities
Present opportunities to Investment Committee and defend valuations
Monitor portfolio companies and management relationships




Develop networks across private equity and venture capital firms
Requirements: Seven or more years in investment banking or private equity
Understand private company financing from early to mature stages
Robust capital structure knowledge and analytical skills
Ability to lead concurrent transactions independently
CFA, CPA, CA, CBV, or MBA considered an asset
