The Splicing Foreman 2 oversees field fiber optic network projects from preparation through completion. You will lead crews, coordinate with other trades, and support fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting. The position requires organized documentation, inventory tracking, and progress reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead crews through project completion while meeting safety and quality standards
Review build documentation and determine required installation methods
Track in office inventory, materials, and equipment deficiencies
Submit closeout documentation and daily progress reports
Provide hands-on fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting support
Requirements: At least five years of fiber splicing experience
Five to seven years of supervisory experience
Experience with EXFO FastReporter and SharePoint
Ability to perform fiber, sweep, and PIM testing
Valid driver’s license and compliant driving record
Apply fiber splicing, crew leadership, testing, and field coordination expertise as a Network Connex Splicing Foreman 2.
