Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is seeking a Business Improvement Lead for its growing McIlvenna Bay team. The role coordinates performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness initiatives across the operation. You will develop dashboards, support annual goals, and help leaders and employees adopt improved processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities: Develop performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting processes
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate goals, performance measures, and accountabilities with leaders
Prepare performance reviews, concise reports, and leadership presentations




Coach leaders and employees in continuous improvement practices
Requirements: Minimum eight years in mining, business improvement, or operational excellence
Experience with performance management and improvement tracking
Solid meeting, workshop, and structured problem-solving facilitation
Experience with change management and business process improvement
Power BI or other reporting tool experience is an asset
Apply operational excellence, reporting, and facilitation capabilities to measurable improvement across the McIlvenna Bay Operation.
